These Terms govern your use of 11 Wit at https://11wit.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The service
11 Wit provides financial analytics and cash-flow forecasting from data you supply. Features vary by plan as described on the Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in Mauritian Rupees at the rates shown on the Pricing page. Eligible new Professional sign-ups receive a 14-day free trial; if you do not upgrade, the account moves to the free Starter tier. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in Refund & Cancellation.
4. Your data & ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your financial data.
5. Intellectual property
11 Wit, its software, design and the “11 Wit” brand are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
6. Not financial advice
Insights and forecasts are informational estimates to support your own decisions. They are not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and 11 Wit is not a financial institution.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
10. Changes & contact
