Free trial
Eligible new Professional accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you don't upgrade, the account simply moves to the free Starter tier — you are never charged automatically for the trial.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Mauritian Rupees at the rates on the Pricing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it moves to Starter. Cancelling stops future charges.
Refunds
Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@11wit.com and we'll make it right.
Changes to plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect from the next period.
