Your rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — delete your account and data (also self-serve from Account).
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format (CSV export is built in).
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.

Email privacy@11wit.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Business customers
Where we process transaction data on your behalf, we act as a processor under our Data Processing terms; you remain the controller of that data.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius (or your local EU supervisory authority, if applicable). We'd appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first.
