When you upload your business's transaction data, you are the data controller and 11 Wit acts as a data processor, processing that data only to provide the service to you.
Our commitments
- Process personal data only on your documented instructions (your use of the product).
- Keep data confidential and apply the security measures on our Security page.
- Use only vetted sub-processors under written contracts (see below).
- Assist you with data-subject requests and, on termination, delete or return your data.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of providers to operate 11 Wit — principally cloud hosting and infrastructure. We require each to protect data to standards consistent with this page, and we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for any transfers outside Mauritius.

Enterprise customers who need a countersigned Data Processing Agreement can request one at privacy@11wit.com.
